Graffiti Alley Backdrop

Have you ever been to Graffiti Alley in Baltimore City? It’s such a cool spot and changes all the time. A friend asked me to make a photobooth backdrop for her son’s Bar Mitzvah using a picture that she took there back in 2013.

I got a refrigerator box (super hard to find now) and blew the picture up to the size of the box. Using Photoshop, I was able to slice and print pieces of the photo on 13 x 19 photo paper. Once I printed the entire photo, I glued each piece onto the box.

I was hoping that my friend still had this box as it would be the perfect backdrop for this year’s Summer Bible Camp. Sadly, she doesn’t so I will be making a new one in the next few weeks.
